My brother Scott gave me the recipe. Just mix everything together and put it in the fridge overnight. It’s really yummy.
Scott’s overnight oats
- Two cups oatmeal
- Two mashed bananas
- Two teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Half a cup plain Greek yogurt
- A generous cup applesauce
- One apple chopped
- Two cups of berries
- Half a cup chopped walnuts
- 4 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 4 tablespoons Chia seeds
- 4 tablespoons hemp hearts
- A generous One cup almond milk.
