Effective March 18, 2026, DOCFCU is updating how your recreational vehicle loan is serviced by transitioning it to a dedicated loan servicing team.

DOCFCU remains your lender, and your loan terms, payment schedule, and servicing protections are not changing. While your loan is not changing, you will notice a few updates to how you view your loan details and access statements and support. Below is a quick overview of what’s staying the same and what’s changing.

✔ Loan details in DOCFCU Online Banking will be condensed

DOCFCU is transitioning certain loans to a dedicated servicing team to improve support, enhance access to detailed loan information, and provide expanded payment and account tools.

Yes. DOCFCU remains your lender. Only the servicing (how payments, statements, and support are handled) is changing.

No. Your interest rate, loan term, monthly payment amount, payment due date, and all protections under your original loan agreement remain the same.

Yes.
If you are already enrolled in automatic payments or internal transfers at DOCFCU, no action is required. Your payments will continue without interruption.

Beginning March 18:

  • Your loan will still appear in DOCFCU Online Banking, but with limited details.
  • Full loan information—including statements, payment history, and payoff requests—will move to the new loan servicing portal.
  • A dedicated servicing team will support your loan.

In the portal, you can:

  • View full loan details
  • See payment history
  • Access monthly statements
  • Make one‑time or recurring payments
  • Request payoff statements

Yes. Your new loan number will be provided in a separate communication and will also appear in DOCFCU Online Banking beginning March 18.

Your loan will remain visible, but you may only see limited information.
This is expected and does not affect your loan or payments.

For the first 60 days after the servicing update:

  • No late fees will be charged for delays related to the transition
  • No late payments will be reported to the credit bureaus
  • Interest continues to accrue normally
