    I had an issue attempting to access funds from a local CU ATM. After arriving home, I called DOCFCU in an attempt to change my Debit PIN. In each encounter with a customer service agent I felt rushed in an attempt to get off of the phone of which twice I was given the wrong phone number and three times given the wrong information or not enough information to attempt to complete the transaction. I even sent an email request via this website address and got no response. After speaking with Ms. Calloway, she listened to my concerns and checked to see that my debit card had been cancelled months ago because of attempted fraud. Ms. Calloway had another card issued, apologized for the previous unsuccessful attempts by other CS Reps and resolved my issues giving me a sense of calm and satisfaction.     My wife and I are joint DOCFCU members. We live more than a thousand miles from the closest DOCFCU office which means to conduct credit union business we must rely on the telephone. I have had several occasions to speak with DOCFCU service representatives and all contacts have been positive. However, in the last two months I have spoken twice with a representative whom in my opinion was outstanding to work with. Tricia Campbell helped me to open several certificates of deposits and to set up and maintain existing accounts to better meet our needs. I found Ms. Campbell to be very professional, knowledgeable, and insightful. She is very easy and comfortable to work with which is a real benefit since we are unable to conduct credit union business face-to-face.     "Greetings from Paris! Something awful happened to me today. I'm overseas now and I realized that someone stole money from my bank account. I immediately called the Customer Service and Mr. Pharaoh Kelley sent my call to the Fraud center. I explained to them the situation but I didn't want to block my card since I didn't know what happened exactly. I called back the customer service and it was Mr. Kelley again. I told him that I wasn't satisfied with the Fraud Center and I wanted to have a refund for the transactions that I didn't make. Mr. Kelley, immediately, decided to walk me through the process with a detailed explanation. He sent me a form via my email and I was able to fill the form. What I truly appreciated was that Mr. Kelley called me and then followed up with an email. I felt relieved and he told me that someone will reach out to me in the next 24 hours."
